Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of these items, Red Dirt Woodshop does not offer returns or refunds.
If the product arrives damaged or defective, an exchange will be accepted. See Exchange Policy below for requirements to qualify for exchange.
The following items listed can not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
In the event that you have received an incorrect item, a return can be approved at the discretion of Red Dirt Woodshop. In such case, you are responsible for organizing the return of the Items to us within the time listed below to be covered under this Policy.
You are responsible for the postage and delivery costs of returning the Items to us and you cannot recoup such costs from Red Dirt Woodshop unless prior arrangements have been made.
Red Dirt Woodshop is not responsible for returning any Items that have been lost in transit.
You must ensure that any Items returned to us are in same condition as received and have not been tampered with in anyway. If the Item does not comply with this clause, you will not be eligible for this Policy.
Replacements Only
Upon receipt of the returned Item, Red Dirt Woodshop will inspect the Item and make its decision in its sole discretion on your notice whether it is more appropriate to offer a replacement.
Customers acknowledge and agree that due to the customized nature of the Items, Red Dirt Woodshop cannot offer any refunds. There is little to no resale value for the Items.
This Policy does not apply to any Items purchased on sale. No returns, refunds, or replacements will be available in such an event.

Upon receipt of the returned Item, Red Dirt Woodshop will inspect the Item and make its decision to its sole discretion on your notice whether it is more appropriate to offer a replacement.
